Abstract

1491811 Darts ELKADART Ltd 3 May 1976 [1 May 1975 3 Oct 1975] 18238/75 and 40600/75 Heading A6S A dart stem has a forward portion 10, 12 a rearward portion 14 with axial slots 18 into which dart flights can be friction fitted, and a bore 20 extending at least the length of the forward portion. The bore 20 may, as shown, extend just into the rearward portion 14, or some way into the rearward portion Fig. 3 (not shown). A smaller bore 22 extends to the end of the stem. In the form shown, four slots 18 for the flight are provided but alternatively there may be three slots. The stem may be made from aluminium, aluminium alloy, magnezium, magnezium alloy, nylon &c.
