1490051 Rotary positive-displacement fluidmachines K R SANDE 26 Feb 1976 07646/76 Heading F 1F An hydraulic semi-rotary servomotor for e.g. a valve, has a double-acting piston 9 situated in an arcuate space 8 between fixed end pieces 6, 6' and attached to the ends of an arcuate rod 2, the profiles of the piston, the space, and the rod in crosssection being substantially rectangular, and the rod being in sliding contact with the radially inner and outer wall of said space A hole 7 may be formed in the rod to facilitate connection of the latter to the load. A stiffening flange 4 may be fixed to the walls 1 of the space 8 and be furnished with mounting holes 5.
