Abstract

1489607 Connecting articles in rows D A JARRATT 6 March 1975 [8 March 1974] 10388/74 Heading A4U [Also in Divisions H3-5] A combination comprises desk top items, such as receiver/loudspeaker units and associated switch arrangements, each comprising an elongate plinth 11 of truncated triangular form in transverse crosssection, and a base-plate 12 on the plinth of L-shaped cross-section and over hanging the endwalls 11a of the plinth, the end-walls 11a having bushings 11c, and a coupling plinth 15 between opposed end-walls 11a and having pins 15e that are a press fit in the bushings 11c. The coupling member 15 is hollow and the pins 15e extend from the centre of a cruciform web (15b). The pins 15e are retained in the bushings 11c by circlips 16. The base-plate 12 has bezels (13, 14) secured in apertures therein.
