1482509 Hardening synthetic resins with cyclic isocyanate/SO 3 adducts BAYER AG 2 June 1976 [3 June 1975] 22752/76 Heading C3R [Also in Division C2] An acid-hardening synthetic resin comprises a 1,2,3,5 - oxathiadiazine derivative of the Formula I wherein R is an optionally halo or methoxy substituted aliphatic hydrocarbon group or a cycloaliphatic or araliphatic hydrocarbon group and n is from 1 to 4. Example 7 illustrates a 3 : 7 mixture of a melamine-formaldehyde resin and a polyester polyol obtained from phthalic acid/ isophthalic acid/1,6-hexanediol/trimethylol propane, cured with 1 wt. per cent of a methyl isocyanate/SO 3 adduct (R=CH 3 ).
