Abstract

1473011 Drying photographic paper ILFORD Ltd 17 March 1975 [11 April 1974] 16082/74 Addition to 1369298 Heading F4G The apparatus described in Specification 1,369,298 for drying cut sheets of processed photographic paper and giving them a high gloss is modified by having the open support at two levels connected by a curved portion, the level nearer the entrance to the apparatus being below the level of the pair of feed rollers so that incoming sheets do not touch the support until they reach the curved portion. This arrangement reduces the occurrence of shadow marks on the dried sheets.
