Abstract

1472151 Binary frequency divider ITT INDUSTRIES Inc 10 April 1975 [13 April 1974] 14758/75 Heading H3T A binary frequency divider substantially as shown comprises an input stage T 1 and three memory cells I, II, III with cross coupled transistors in each. The behaviour of the circuit is indicated by the truth table. The circuit may be integrated using injection logic construction, the injectors (not shown) may be applied to a fixed injection potential in the forward direction, e.g. 0À5 V with respect to ground. Switching occurring on the falling edge of E when A (or A) rises to logic state 1.
