Abstract

1467765 Electric component assemblies PROCOND SpA 21 March 1975 [22 March 1974] 12001/75 Heading H1R A multiplier, e.g. for T.V. receivers comprises (Figs. 1, 2) plural capacitors 5 and plural rectifier diodes 6 mounted on one side of a printed circuit board 7 with through holes 18 and windows 19, whose opposite side has conducting paths 8 thereon interconnecting the component into the required known circuit. Leads 9, 10 are affixed for earth connection, 11 for A.C. input, 12 for T.V. tube focus voltage, 13 for T.V. tube H.T. voltage. High insulation resistance portions, e.g. slots 14 are positioned between paths 8 of the printed circuit and filled with insulant resin to prevent surface discharges. The components are assembled by automatic soldering, and the voltage divider is inserted in an insulant container 15, slotted at 16 for attachment and ribbed internally at 17 to locate the printed circuit, which is then filled with insulant resin. In a modification (Figs. 3, 4 not shown), the printed circuit has rectangular windows along its edges containing components, e.g. tubular capacitors, located therein.
