Abstract
1457795 Servo-controlled indicator or recording apparatus CAMILLE BAUER MESSINSTRUMENTE AG 17 Jan 1974 [20 Jan 1973] 02293/74 Heading G4H [Also in Division H3] A servo-controlled indicator or recording apparatus for electrical values X present in the form of electrical signals comprises a digital position sensor 8 connected via a D/A converter 3 to an analog comparator 2. As shown, an indicator (or recorder of a recording apparatus) consists of a pointer movable along a scale by means of an endless belt 6. The belt may contain a digital position code which is sensed optoelectronically 9, 10; alternatively (Fig. 2, not shown), the belt may be rotatably coupled to a digital angle encoder (15).
