1451559 Isothiocyano-benimidazoles E R SQUIBB & SONS Inc 28 Aug 1974 [28 Sept 1973] 37617/74 Heading C2C Novel compounds (I) (including salts thereof) where R 1 , R 2 , R 4 and R 5 signify H, Cl, Br, alkyl, alkoxy or isothiocyano, R 3 is H or alkyl, n is 2 or 3 and one or two of R 1 , R 2 , R 4 and R 5 are isothiocyano, are prepared from the corresponding amino compounds, themselves obtained from the corresponding nitro compounds. Pharmaceutical preparations having cestodal action contain (I) as active ingredient. Administration is preferably orally.
