Abstract

1447166 Fluorescence microscopy ERNST LEITZ GmbH 21 March 1974 [2 April 1973 (2)] 12520/74 Heading G2J An illuminator for fluorescence microscopy has a number of syrarate units 11-14 each being detachable for easy replacement and each including an incident light filter filtering the source, a dichroic mirror transmitting fluorescent light to the observer but reflecting incident light and a barrier filter in the observers path to selectively pass inserted light. As shown carrier 18 is rotatable and is arranged between the objective and eyepiece of the microscope.
