1435911 Slide projectors GNOME PHOTOGRAPHIC PRODUCTS Ltd 9 May 1973 [12 Feb 1972] 6661/72 Heading G2J The pusher bar 20 of the slide transfer mechanism of a projector has its upper edge 21 rounded, pointed, or bevelled, and its lower edge shaped as a notch or channel 22, 23. The slide magazine shown is of the rotary type, the radial partition walls 12 having a stepped profile 14, 15. When the slide is in position its edge 16 lies behind edge 14, but is exposed beyond edge 15. When pusher 20 is advanced, the notched lower part 22 will engage the edge 16 of the slide before the upper part 21 enters between the partitions. Such a construction reduces the risk of jamming.
