Abstract

1429403 Actuators for pressurized dispenser valves AEROSOL INVENTIONS & DEVELOPMENT S A 19 March 1974 [22 March 1973] 12082/74 Heading F1R A lever type actuator for the valve of a pressurized dispensing container includes mounting means 10 for attachment to the container, an actuating arm 11 hinged to the mounting means for actuating the valve and a lever 16 connected to the arm and extending downwards near to but spaced from the side wall of the container. The arm 11 has notches 15 engaged by knife edges 14 on a nozzle member 13 which engages the valve button 6. The lever 16 has lugs 25 which pivot on the mounting 10.
