1424913 Thermo-electric alloy MINNESOTA MINING & Mfg CO 24 Sept 1973 [25 Sept 1972] 44723/73 Heading C7A [Also in Division H1] A p-type thermo-electric alloy comprises 32À5-33À7 at % Te, 27-67 at % Cu and 0-40 at % Ag or 32À5-33À7 at % Se, 60-67 at % Cu and 0-7 at % Ag. An n-type thermo-electric alloy comprises 60À7-67À7 at % Ag, 10-30 at % Te and 3-24 at % Se and optionally up to 5 at % of Cu and S.
