Abstract

1423587 Drip-tray for cement mixer G GRANDMENIL 21 Nov 1973 [6 Dec 1972] 54011/73 Heading E1S A drip-tray for protecting the ground beneath a cement mixer comprises a plate 10 having an upstanding peripheral flange 1 which is broken in at least one place to form a notch 3, 4, 5, the shape of the plate comprising a parallelsided central portion, one end portion having an outwardly-bowed edge 17 extending over the full width of the plate, and the opposite end portion reducing in width to terminate in a rounded protuberance 2. There are preferably three notches positioned along the edge 17 as shown. The flange 1 is of triangular crosssection. In use, the narrow portion 2 is placed between the feet of a cement mixer, and a wheel-barrow may be wheeled through one of the notches into the tray.
