1423174 Root crop harvesters RANSOMES SIMS & JEFFERIES Ltd 19 June 1973 [19 June 1972] 28506/72 Heading AIF A root harvester lifting wheel has a plurality of spokes 1 spaced round the hubs (not shown) and extending radially from the spokes a rim 3 that is of uniform thickness or alternatively the outer edge 9 may be thicker than the inner edge 7. Digging lugs 11, which may be formed in one with the rim taper in thickness in the radial outwards direction. The wheel may be slightly dished and the lugs may be thicker than the outer edge of the rim 3.
