Abstract

1419863 Weather strip USM CORP 25 May 1973 [26 May 1972] 25193/73 Heading E1J A weather strip comprises a pile 14 on a base 10 and a water impervious, flexible membrane 16 extending longitudinally of the strip's length and extending substantially the full depth of the pile and being secured (e.g. by adhesive 18) only to the pile and not to the base 10. The membrane may be planar and a non-adhesive seal may be inserted between it and the base.
