Abstract

1415239 Valves LEAFIELDS ENG Ltd 17 July 1974 [25 May 1973] 25031/73 Addition to 1325299 Heading F2V The inflation valve of the parent Specification 1,325,299 is modified by having the second seat provided by a cup 8 of rustproof metal or rigid plastics material instead of by a support post. The cup is attached at its periphery to the body of the valve by dowels 9 which extend as shown in Fig. 1, or across a chord of the circular perimeter. The cup is provided with ports 24 and may have a star-shaped spigot to support the closure member. An annular channel is provided in the body to seat the spring 17. (For Figure see next column.)
