1413284 Security communication device J DOUGAL 31 Oct 1972 [1 Nov 1971] 50664/ 71 Heading E1J A security communication device for fitting into a bullet-proof glass pane 3 comprises an elongate tubular casing 4 housing a plurality of corrugated sheets 12 defining a passage which permits verbal communication whilst preventing the direct transmission of a projectile or protected fluid. The casing has slots 10 at opposite ends interconnected by the sheets 12. A pivoted or slidable hatch 8 may be provided. The plates 12 may be saw-toothed and may be formed in a separate member inserted into the casing 4.
