Abstract

1410826 Impact pulverisers K NAKAO 30 Oct 1972 50016/72 Heading B2A A pulveriser 1 Fig 1 particularly for broken glass and pottery, comprises a crushing chamber 2 which includes a means 16 to settle dust (preferably a water spray), a discharge opening 7 in the chamber closed by a door 12 a vibratory sieve 9 with a box 10 Fig 3 for broken material and a box 11 for intangible material, and a rotor 4 Fig 4 in the form of an inverted cone with impact plates 4h Fig 4. The main discharge door 12 is operated by a lever 13 and motor and gearing 15, 14, 14' Fig 3. The rotor 4 is driven by a motor 23, Fig 1. The two motors may be controlled by a timer, not shown.
