1410102 Wells &c BAKER OIL TOOLS INC 15 Feb 1973 [13 April 1972 5 Sept 1972 3 Nov 1972] 55724/74 Divided out of 1410101 Heading E1F The subsurface safety valve for wells disclosed in this Specification is identical with that described in Specification 1410101 but the claims are directed to a subsurface safety valve having a body with a ball closure valve member rotated to open or closed positions by longitudinal movement of sleeves, the member having bodily longitudinal movement with respect to the body during the final increments of movement to the open or closed positions to reduce damage to ball or sleeves.
