Abstract

1406088 Multiple seating for use with tables KIKU CO 3 Oct 1972 45488/72 Headings A4H and A4J The end portions 14 of a multiple seating unit 10 which is used around a table 40 are pivotally connected to the central portion 12 of the unit for movement about vertical axes 32, the ends 14 being movable to an out of the way position to allow access to the central portion. The end portions may be moved on castors or rollers (30) Fig. 2 (not shown). Each end portion is provided with a vertically slidable locking rod (34) engaging an opening 38 in the floor. A U-shaped unit may be used around a rectangular table.
