Abstract

1405033 Vehicle bodies TOYOTA JIDOSHA KOGYO KK 12 July 1973 [12 July 1972] 33240/73 Heading B7B In a vehicle body a front sub frame 2 extends along and is parallel to the underside of rocker panels 1 on opposite sides of the body, the rocker panels each being secured to the sub frame by a plurality of bolts 7 with pillar members 20, 21, 22 secured to the rocker panels. As shown in Fig. 3 each rocker panel 1 comprises outer and inner panels 4, 5 forming a closed section profile. The outer panel may comprise two parts bolted together, Fig. 4 (not shown).
