1401355 Preventing ice and snow accumulation BRIDGESTONE TIRE KK and HAKODATE SEIMO SENGU KK 6 Oct 1972 [8 Oct 1971 16 Feb 1972 6 April 1972 10 July 1972] 46168/72 Heading B7M [Also in Division H5] Apparatus for preventing accumulation of ice and snow comprises pipe 6 which sprays antiicing liquid and a surface or plate 1 to be coated with the liquid. The surface or plate extends over object 3 to be protected from ice and snow accumulation and the surface or plate has fine projections 1a on it so that the sprayed antiicing liquid flows uniformly down it. Parts of ships or of buildings may be protected and the anti-icing liquid may be warm water.
