Abstract
1400859 Terry looms SULZER BROS Ltd 14 Aug 1972 [11 Oct 1971] 37849/72 Heading D1E In the loom of Specification 1290185 the temple is moved synchronously with the additional movement imparted to the cloth which is passed over a deflector so arranged that the cloth path from the temple to the drawoff means varies in synchronism with the additional movement. In Figure 1 the temple 16 is connected to the back rest 11 which is moved to give the additional movement to the cloth which is led over a deflector 18 so that the distance travelled by the cloth is different to that of the back rest and hence the temple. In Figure 3 the temple is again connected to and moves with the back rest 11 and a second additional movement is imparted to the cloth by a reciprocating bar 24.
