Abstract

1398339 Screen-printing machines P ZIMMER 4 Sept 1972 [6 Sept 1971] 40869/72 Heading B6C A rotary screen-printing machine having a plurality of rotary screens 4 each having an internal squeegee 31 and ink supply means 30 is provided with means to lift the screens out of engagement with material to be printed, the lifting means operating firstly on the squeegee and ink supply means. A cam-shaft 6 is provided with a cam 7 for each screen, each cam 7 acting through rods 19 firstly to lift a cross-bar 17 supporting the squeegee and ink supply means, and then by means of shoulders 28 to lift the screen 4 through its support 10.
