1395617 Liquid crystal compositions SIEMENS AG 25 May 1972 [22 July 1971] 24660/72 Heading C4X [Also in Division H4] A nematic liquid crystal composition suitable for use in a device acting as an electrically controlled diffraction grating (see Division H3-H5) consists of 60% by weight of N-pmethoxyphenyl - N<SP>1</SP> - p - butylphenyl - diimido-N-oxide and 40% of the equivalent N<SP>1</SP> oxide.
