Abstract

1394469 Smokers' ash-trays GEBR HAPPICH GmbH 7 Feb 1973 [10 Feb 1972] 5978/73 Heading A2M The casing 2 of an ash-tray 1 is held in place in an aperture 3 of a panel 4, e.g. in a vehicle, by at least one lug 8 and at least one oppositely disposed latch 7 which each cooperate with a part of the front frame 5 of the casing, the latch 7 having been sprung inwardly during the insertion of the casing 2 into the aperture 3. The resilience of the latch 7 may be enhanced by the provision of a slot 13 which passes in front of the step 11 of the latch 7 and preferably extends along its two sides. Further latches 7 may be disposed on the side edges of the casing frame 5.
