1390337 Cutting tools SANDCO Ltd 11 June 1973 [10 June 1972] 27603/73 Heading B3B A cutting tool comprises a holder body 6 having a recess for the reception of a cutter member 1, the bottom of the cutter member being inclined downwardly away from the cutting edge and support members 8 and 9 being provided in the recess for the bottom and near end of the cutter member, the co-operating surfaces between the cutter member and support members being serrated to provide lateral rigidity, the cutting member being clamped in the recess by way of a bridge type clamp 3 engaging in recesses 14 and 15 in the member and holder respectively.
