Abstract

1389313 Record sheets MINNESOTA MINING & MFG CO 4 May 1972 [6 May 1971] 20898/72 Heading D2B [Also in Division G2] A transfer sheet which is pressure sensitive carries a transferable layer comprising an optionally substituted dithiooxamide, preferably an N, N'-diorgano substituted dithiooxamide where organo is R-CH 2 - where R is aliphatic e.g. alkyl, cycloaliphatic e.g. cyclohexyl or aromatic e.g. phenyl. The optionally substituted dithiooxamide is preferably intimately admixed with a particulate material such as a wax, and a minor amount of a film-forming compound such as ethyl cellulose and a plasticiser e.g. tributyl phosphate or a hydrocarbon oil. The transferable layer may also contain a bright-coloured dye.
