Abstract

1388273 Articles made from plastics materials IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd 22 Dec 1972 [13 Jan 1972] 1596/72 Heading C3R Plastics material which does not melt below 200‹ C., is used to form a carrier on which a foundry core is supported while it is transported through an oven in the process of hardening the core. Suitable plastics materials are polymers of 4-methyl pentene-1, aromatic polymers, particularly aromatic polysulphones, and polyimides.
