Abstract

138,557. St. Helens Cable & Rubber Co., Lee, B., and Lee, S. H. July 30, 1919. Extrusion machines.-An extrusion press particularly for sheathing electric cables and the like with rubber has two openings 3, 4 to receive dies and a valve 14 so that the rubber in the chamber 2 may be directed to both or only to one of these dies. The passages 7, 8 are for the cables to be sheathed, and 12, 13 for heating medium.
