Flexible-band and like files; post files.-A paper-fastener of the type having two flexible prongs, for filing perforated papers &c., is provided with a shank 1 of circular cross-section to obviate damage to the holes in the papers &c. The shank may be tubular and formed with integral prongs 2, and is provided with a head 3 which may be attached over lateral lugs 4.
