Abstract

1378127 Scopolamine derivatives EISAI CO Ltd 12 June 1973 [12 June 1972] 27895/73 Heading C2C The invention comprises scopolamine derivatives of the general formula wherein R represents an alkyl group and X represents a halogen atom. The compounds of the invention may be prepared by reacting scopolamine base with a p-alkoxybenzyl halide of formula wherein R and X are as above. The compounds may be used as pharmaceuticals.
