Abstract

1377241 Transistor latch circuits WESCOM Inc 31 Jan 1972 [3 Feb 1971] 4520/72 Heading H3T [Also in Division HI] A regeneratively coupled pair of transistors 31, 32 is connected between terminals A and K, and T33 is arranged to by-pass one of the transistors T32 and to have an impedance which changes from a relatively high value when T31, T32 are first beginning to conduct to a relatively low value when they are latched into a fully conductive state. By this means an appreciable differential is. maintained between that current required to initially turn on T31, T32 and that required to raise their conductivity to a level where the reciprocal action holds them on. In one embodiment (Fig. 3, not shown) the second collector of T31 is omitted.
