1375179 Rear view mirrors RAYDYOT Ltd 11 Aug 1972 [15 Oct 1971] 47956/71 Heading B7J [Also in Division E2] In a ball joint (Divisions E1-E2) for the attachment of a wing mirror 10 to a stem 18, an integral flexible member 26 is formed with a convex boss 22 formed with a pilot hole to receive a self-tapping screw 24 which, on assembly, holds a convex portion 14 of the mirror casing 12 between the convex boss 22 of the flexible member 26 and the concave recess 19 of the mirror stem. Spaced projections 30 are provided on the flexible member 26, the projections being located in apertures in the mirror casing 12.
