1366345 Furniture legs PAYNE & HOLLOWAY Ltd 28 Sept 1972 [10 Aug 1971] 37413/71 Heading A4U A leg, e.g. for a television set, has two identical leg members 12 which are convergent towards a foot 14 having two blind holes 13 of different depths, in which the leg ends are inserted so as to abut the blind ends. Each leg member 12 is part of a U-shaped leg element 10 having two members 12 co-planar with a middle portion 11 which is joggled at 17 for locating engagement with clamps 16 securing the pair of leg elements 10 to the flat undersurface 15 of an article of furniture, the leg members 12 of each leg 10 being at different angles to the undersurface as seen in Fig.2.
