1363429 Electrically conductive concrete ELECTRICITY COUNCIL 11 Feb 1972 [12 Nov 1970] 58537/73 Heading C1H An electrically conductive concrete comprises a cement mortar (i.e. cement, sand and water) which contains a finely divided electrical conductor, e.g. carbon black, and an aggregate which is an electrically conducting material, or is a material coated with a thin conducting film, e.g. the aggregate may be steel particles, or granite chips coated with silver.
