135,776. Bench, G. E. May 23, 1919. Corrosion, preventing.-The tubes of a surface condenser are lined inside outside or on both sides with vitreous enamel or glass. The tubes may be roughened, indented or perforated to hold the glass, or the glass may be reinforced with wire gauge or mesh.
