1352804 Tertiary aminoethyl methacrylates KONISHIROKU PHOTO INDUSTRY CO Ltd 30 May 1972 25346/72 Heading C2C [Also in Division C3] N-phenyl-N-ethylaminoethyl methacrylate is prepared by reacting N-phenyl-N-ethylaminoethanol with methacrylic acid chloride in the presence of pyridine, and N,N-diethylaminoethyl methacrylate by ester interchange between N,N-diethylaminoethanol and methyl methacrylate in the presence of t-butyl catechol.
