1347046 Indicator boards H R WAGNER [trading as WAGNER VISUELLE BETRIEBSPLANUNG UND KONTROLLTECHNIK] 19 May 1971 [19 May 1970] 15868/71 Heading G5C An indicator board has a base-plate made from ferromagnetic material and has a saw-tooth cross-section. Display elements 4 are of a permanent magnetic material. U-shaped sections 16, e.g. of plastics, may be provided, having a layer 17 of permanent magnetic material, enabling non-magnetic elements 19 to be displayed. Two or more base-plates may be combined by means of bars 6, 7, 8 of a permanent magnetic material, Fig. 2 (not shown). The base-plate may alternatively be made from a non-magnetic material (11), Fig. 3 (not shown), to which are applied strips (13) of magnetic material. The magnetic material of the base-plate may be of a permanent magnetic material, in which case the magnetic material of the display elements is a ferro-magnetic material.
