Abstract

1344537 Containers; packaging ETAB ALLIBERT 19 April 1971 [27 Feb 1970] 24345/71 Headings B8C and B8P Packaging for a bathroom cabinet comprises two similar receptacles, 3, 4 each adapted to enclose half of the cabinet and comprising double peripheral walls having semi-rigid corner units 5 disposed therein. The corner units 5 may be of plastics material or cellular material. The receptacles 3, 4 are each made from a sheet of cardboard folded to form a base 3a, 4a double walls 3b, 4b and 3d, 4d connected by horizontal flanges 3c, 4c, and inwardly directed flanges 3e, 4e. The larger flanges 3e, 4e have notches 7 which co-operate with the other flanges 3e, 4e for rigidity. The receptacles 3, 4. are connected together by adhesive tape, cord, or staples.
