Abstract
1343333 Haloalkenyl thiols and sulphides SOC NATIONALE DES PETROLES D' AQUITAINE 19 April 1971 [10 April 1970] 26817/71 Heading C2C Compounds suitable for applying to soil, crops or plants to destroy nematodes, &c., have the formula (R<SP>1</SP>R<SP>2</SP>C=CR<SP>3</SP>R<SP>4</SP>-) n SH m where n=2 and m=0 or n=m=1 and R<SP>1</SP> to R<SP>3</SP> which may be the same or different each represent a halogen atom, a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl radical, except that at least one of them must be halogen and R<SP>4</SP> is a C 1-28 alkylene or halogenated alkylene radical. The two types of compounds, sulphide and thiol may be mixed together. Specified are bis 1,1, dichloropropenyl-3-sulphide, the corresponding thiol and the corresponding bis 1,2-dichloro compounds.
