1341962 Roll dispensers H P B HARBEN 19 April 1971 [16 Jan 1970] 2308/70 Heading A4G A toilet roll holder of wood or plastics material has two dead spindles 2 each supported at one end only, the spindles extending upwardly and outwardly from a common stock 4. The unsupported end of each spindle may be provided with a pair of resilient wings which retain a toilet roll on the spindle.
