Abstract

1339072 Textile element supports TORRING- TONCO 19 April 1971 [4 March 1970] 22378/71 Heading B3A [Also in Division D1] A mounting comprising a set of yarn guides 12, needles, points, sinkers or other elements (see Division D1) is made by placing the elements in slots 20 in a support 10 which are wider than the elements and filling the slots with a liquid which will harden and adhere to the slots and elements to hold these firmly. Support 10 is secured in a jig by a screw 32 and the guides 12 are placed in lots 20 with their working ends in slots in the jig where they are held by a rubber portion 50 carried on a plate 48 secured by screws to the jig. The slots 20 are then filled with molten metal, epoxy cements or metal adhesives.
