Abstract

Folding and collapsible vehicles. - Folding perambulators of the kind having wheel frames g, which are folded against the underside of the main frame b of the vehicle, when the handle b is moved down towards the main frame, by the engagement of a cross-bar e extending between bars a, with jointed struts h, have the bars a extended as at j beyond the bar e so as to engage the wheel frames and secure them against lateral movement. The pairs of struts h on each side of the vehicle are connected at their joints by bars f, which are engaged by the rod e for unfolding the wheel frames, and by the members i on the rod e for folding the frames.
