1334332 Chewing gum base EZAKI GLICO KK 16 March 1972 [22 Get 1971 (2) 12 Nov 1971] 12454/72 Heading A2B A base gum for chewing gums comprises glutens which have been denatured to an extent of 10-60%. This gluten may be mixed with up to 50% of a known gum base selected from natural and chicle rubbers, polyvinyl acetate, undenatured gluten, undenatured soy protein, and milk casein. Glycerine and water may be present. The base may have added thereto sugar, spices, flavourings, and nutrients, and the mixture homogenised.
