Abstract

1333381 Aerials J COLE 5 Oct 1970 [15 Oct 1969 16 June 1970] 50613/69 and 29079/70 Heading H4A A motor vehicle has a radio receiving aerial which comprises a length of conductive material with an elongated adhesive zone by means of which said length is attached to an insulating surface inside the vehicle. The attaching means may be associated with the whole length of the material, and it may be a self-adhesive opaque or transparent tape which contains said length, and which may be secured to the inside of the vehicle windscreen after peeling off a protective strip. The conductive material may be in the form of a wire or tape. In another embodiment the conductive material is an aluminium or copper tape which is provided with an adhesive backing, and which may be secured directly to the windscreen. A terminal block may be mounted on a sucker, for attachment to the windscreen surface.
