1332365 Programmed control of extrusion HUNKAR INSTRUMENT DEVELOPMENT LABORATORIES INC 25 Sept 1970 [10 Nov 1969] 15968/73 Divided out of 1332363 Heading G3N The subject matter of this Specification is substantially the same as that described in Specifications 1332363 and 1332364 but the claims are concerned with a control system for simultaneously determining the relative positions of one or more parison or hollow body extrusion dies and co-operating mandrils comprising drive means for the or each die and mandril for relatively positioning them in accordance with respective position demand signals derived from a common programme and a position transducer for the or each die and mandril for providing feedback signals dependent on the said relative positions and connected in opposition to the respective demand signal, and a settable control for the or each die and mandril arranged for modifying the respective demand signal.
