1330486 Photoconductive stannic oxide MATSUSHITA ELECTRIC INDUSTRIAL CO Ltd 20 Oct 1970 49845/70 Heading C1A [Also in Division H1] A photoconductive material is made by heating a stannic oxide body in an oxidizing atmosphere including oxygen at a partial pressure of not less than 5 kg/cm.<SP>2</SP> at a temperature not less than 700‹ C. The stannic oxide may be in the form of a powder, a film applied to a substrate, e.g. quartz or a ceramic or the starting material may be a substance, e.g. meta stannic acid which on heating yields stannic oxide.
