Abstract

1329431 Valves FESTO-MASCHINENFABRIK GOTTLIEB STOLL 27 Oct 1970 [27 Oct 1969] 50952/70 Heading F2V A valve assembly comprises a plurality of valves 16, Fig. 4, arranged side-by-side on a holder, the holder having a base 2 to which the valves are releasably secured, and a perpendicular flange 3 having means for securing it to a fixture. The holder and valves together form a generally prismatic block. Ducts, 18, 34 and 19, Fig. 5, for conveying fluid to and from the valves are formed in the base 2. The ducts 18 and 34 may pass transversely through the base, as shown, or may be turned through 90 degrees so as to open at one end of the assembly. Some of the ducts may contain sound damping material such as plastics foam. Actuating plungers 15, Fig. 4, of the valves are arranged in a line.
